Il Giardinello
is a traditional "podere"
(farm) dating from the 16th century overlooking Lake
Trasimeno.
It is the family home of its present owners and includes
three apartments, swimming pool and covered car park,
set in parkland and bordered by forest and countryside.
It is situated in a part of Umbria that richly represents
the finest art and architecture of Italy, 9 miles from
the ancient city of Perugia, and within easy reach of
Assisi and Orvieto, as well as the treasures of Cortona,
Arezzo, Siena and Florence in nearby Tuscany.
